The following terms and conditions apply to cooperation with HauszuHaus.ch.
HauszuHaus.ch offers clients around the topic of relocation, cleaning, eviction, painters and slab floorers the opportunity to obtain offers and compare them transparently. By submitting an offer request, the client expressly agrees to forward this information to suitable providers (contractors) so that individual offers can be obtained.
For individual categories, inclusion in the database and placement on the website of HauszuHaus.ch are subject to special service descriptions which are the basis and part of a contract.
Registered companies pay:

CHF per offer received request sent to 5 competitors. For 4 competitors, the request costs an additional 3.50 and 3 competitors 7.00. Exceptions are the 3 first requests, which are free to test the service. With automatic monthly debit via credit card there are no costs (currently service in progress). For manual bank transfer after receipt of the invoice, the platform charges a processing fee of CHF 8 per monthly collective invoice.
For a payment security a deposit can be demanded up to 1000.- CHF.
The map appearance (VIP services) costs 50.00 CHF per month. Is an additional service. Will only be released if desired. Can be terminated at the end of the month in the partner account. The payment request is made with the total bill at the end of the month.
The entire use of the services of HauszuHaus.ch is free of charge for those interested. When making an inquiry, the customer incurs no costs. The customer does not hereby place an order, but only requests offers. Of course, the customer decides for himself whether he wants to accept the offer or not.
HauszuHaus.ch checks all inquiries and data. However, if no contact with the requestor is possible, or if other deficiencies exist, the participating company can cancel the request by stating a detailed justification within a maximum of 5 days and does not have to pay.
There are no contract periods. You can cancel at any time without notice for the next working day. You only pay for requests that have been submitted to you until then. In this case, the open amount must be settled within 30 days. Terminations must be submitted in writing (by post or e-mail).
The personal data transmitted to a participating company may only be used by companies for the purpose of submitting offers. A transfer by HauszuHaus.ch to third parties does not take place.
Hauszuhaus.ch uses technical and organizational security measures to protect the stored personal data against accidental or intentional manipulation, damage or destruction and against access by unauthorized persons. Our security measures are continually being improved in line with technical progress.
"Enter companies" Companies can manage their business via the "Register Companies" function. Use of this feature requires registration. The collected data will be used exclusively for the execution of the contractual relationship between Hauszuhaus.ch and the corresponding company. The data will not be forwarded to third parties.
The current General Terms and Conditions of Hauszuhaus.ch apply when using them. Registered companies receive a message about changes by e-mail.
